Obayashi Corporation, one of the largest construction and engineering firms in the world, has partnered with Sellar, an independent, design-led developer and asset manager to bring forward our plans for the future of 60 Gracechurch Street.
Together, we are redefining the skyline of the City of London with a new office building, combining public spaces and cutting-edge sustainability.
As we develop our plans, we are keen to encourage engagement with the City community to garner comments on our proposals. We will be hosting a series of in-person exhibition events where you will have the opportunity to learn more about our plans and speak to representatives from the project team.
